At Readytoner.com, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality ink and toner cartridges. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, so we provide a LIFETIME satisfaction guarantee that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Any defective products will be refunded or replaced free of charge during its life. Non-defective products are also eligible for returns within a certain period. Please refer to the details below for the guarantee timelines and conditions.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee Claims for Defective Products

Products sold directly by Ready Toner are covered by a LIFETIME guarantee against all quality-related defects from the date of purchase until the end of the product's life (see Part 1 for product lifetime). For quality-related guarantee claims, appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund--your choice.

Guarantee on all replacements follow the same timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Guarantee on products are void after having been fully refunded.

3. Returning Non-defective Products for Any Reason

Non-defective products can be exchanged or returned for a refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Ready Toner’s warehouse for inspection, the replacement or refund process will begin. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items must include original packaging
  • Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition
  • Returns must include all accessories ( When returning products delivered with accessories/gifts, you must return both products and accessories/gifts. If you only return the products, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the MSRP of the accessories/gifts. )
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
  • DIY product returns due to failure to properly install will be considered non-defective returns

Returning requests for non-defective products expire 30 days after opening a guarantee claim. It is not possible to process a request for an exchange or a refund for non-defective products that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Ready Toner’s online store, please contact retailers for refunds.

4. Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by Customer in the Following Situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Ready Toner quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

For the above situations, the flat shipping rate ($4.99) and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. How Do I Return an Item?

  1. Contact our customer service team to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable warranty period. Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label via email. You can print it and stick it on your returned package.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. You can write the RMA number on the package so that we can quickly match your return.
  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided return label.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, our team will assess its condition and process the return or warranty claim accordingly.

6. How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?

Refunds will be issued after the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

7. Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without an order number
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Purchases from 3rd-party resellers
  • Items blocked by printer firmware update ( Please contact us to confirm product compatibility before updating your printer firmware. We recommend that you turn off automatic printer firmware update to prevent the printer manufacturer from updating your printer without your consent)
  • DIY products that have been opened but not installed correctly ( Some DIY cartridges require you to remove the OEM chip from your used cartridge and install it on our product. We do not accept returns due to improper chip installation, but we will do our best to guide you to correct installation and use)

Return without an RMA will not be processed, and items will be discarded.
