1. Shipping Destination
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
2. Shipping Method and Schedule
We provide fast and reliable shipping services to ensure timely delivery of your order. Orders placed before 4pm PT on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will ship the same day from one of our warehouses.
For orders shipping to the continental United States, we default to using Ground Service provided by reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx or UPS as our standard shipping methods. Most orders will arrive within 1-4 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Please note that these timelines are estimated and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to external factors beyond our control.
For orders shipping to Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI), we default to using Economy Service provided by reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx or UPS as our economy shipping methods. Most orders will arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Please note that these timelines are estimated and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to external factors beyond our control.
If you need a special delivery service such as next day delivery, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
3. Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping to destinations within the continental United States on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will be applied. This ensures affordable shipping costs, allowing you to conveniently receive ink and toner supplies without breaking the bank. Below are the rates for your reference.

Order total must be over $50 before tax and after any discount has been applied. If your total is close to $50, please shop to see other great products you can add to your order and qualify for free shipping.

4. Order Status and Updates
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website. We also provide regular updates via email notifying you of important milestones such as order confirmations, shipments and deliveries.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its estimated delivery date. You can also easily track your order by visiting our website and entering the provided tracking number in the designated tracking tool.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Please be sure to review and verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to help you modify the address for free before the order is shipped out. However, we cannot guarantee success because our website uses an automatic fulfillment system. Most orders ship within 1-2 hours of receipt.
If the order has already shipped, the address correction fee will be borne by the customer. Normally the address correction fee is $15.00 - $20.00, the actual charge depends on the carrier.
We cannot change the shipping address if the order has already been delivered.
7. Damaged or Lost Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work hard to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. If the package is lost or damaged due to our carrier, we will provide you with a free replacement and communicate with the carrier about compensation.
