Toner

Wish the memory chips were not so high. Seems like some toners are not as full as others.

Rose Wood

they are not the right toner cartridges cannot use

Hi Rose,

The cartridges you ordered do not come with a chip. Before installing the cartridges, please be sure to remove the chips from your existing empty cartridges and transfer them to the new cartridges. Please refer to this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fABraS_LfZ0

Since the chips are reused, they will not provide accurate toner levels and will prompt a toner low message. You can ignore it and snooze it for 2 months.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.

Hp Color Laserjet Cartrige Set

Came on time, worked well. Ordered with chip because of difficulty getting chipless to work with chip removal and transfer.
