First time purchase from Ready Toner

Pricing was competitive and product works fine so far.

Good pricing and quality

Ready Toner is likely to become my preferred vendor for ink supplies. The discounted pricing was highly appealing, and the product appears comparable to OEM standards. Although post-purchase communication was not immediate, requiring me to reach out for delivery details, their website features an tracking agent compatible with carrier. Overall, I am very satisfied with Ready Toner and its team.

hassle without end

Removing and installing chips is pretty tedious and one of the new cartridges didn’t work at all. I requested, and was denied, a return for refund so now I’m letting my credit card company handle it.

Dissatisfied with Toner replacements

We were sorely disappointed with the replacements cartridges. This was our first time replacing the cartridges and were unaware of the "chip" transfer from the old cartridge to the new. We did our best, but it was an epic fail despite our best attempt. I am aware that of the importance of recycling/reusing of the chips, but there has got to be a better way. It is unlikely that these chips will be able to be reused on the next cartridge and we tried to find cartridges with the chips and could not. Really disappointed. It just shouldn't be this hard to replace your toner.
